Violence Prevention

Since 2018 I have worked with the Office For Safe & Healthy Neighborhoods which is now the Office of Violence Prevention. I started off as a Louisville Ambassador which has grown into a partnership for community wide initiatives.

I was honored when I was asked to be on a panel at the Goodwill for their Violence Prevention Summit “Shaping a Safer Tomorrow for Louisville.” To me this was validation of my leadership and a sign that my community efforts do not go unnoticed, overlooked, nor easily forgotten. It feels great to know that I am spoken highly of amongst my peers in the city who are truly dedicated to community development.
